Q: What should I do if I am unable to access my account?
A: First, try closing your web browser, deleting your browser cookies, and then attempt to log back into Learn Kentico CMS. Also confirm that your browser options are set to allow cookies. If you are unsuccessful, try the "forgotten password" link on the Sign In page. If all else fails, contact us using the above support form
Q: What should I do if the video player controls are not visible or active?
A: First, try refreshing your browser window. If that does not succeed, check your browser options to ensure you have enabled the running of java scripts. Confirm that you have the Adobe Flash Player browser plugin version 10.0 or higher installed and enabled. If all else fails, contact us using the above support form
Q: What should I do if a video won't play or is not visible?
A: Verify that you have a good connection to the internet. Confirm that your computing environment meets the minimum system requirements listed on the Membership page, especially regarding the Adobe Flash Player browser plugin. Lastly, try refreshing your browser window. If all else fails, contact us using the above support form.  
Q: What should I do if I am unable to hear the audio portion of a video?
A: Check your sound settings to ensure your speakers are unmuted and that you have your volume controls turned up both in the operating system and on the video player. Confirm that your computing environment meets the minimum system requirements listed on the Membership page. Lastly, try refreshing your browser window.  If all else fails, contact us using the above support form.
Q: How do I toggle to full screen mode?
A: In the lower right hand corner of the video playback window you should see the full screen toggle icon full_screen_button.JPG. Click to toggle to full screen. You can also use the F11 key with certain browser plugins. To exit full screen mode you can click the toggle icon again or press the ESC key. 
Q: How can I change the video playback resolution?
A: All videos are recorded for the same screen resolution of 1280 x 720 for the broadest compatibility factor. While you cannot change the resolution of the video itself, you can change the screen resolution of your computer through your operating system display settings.
Q: Why can't I download a video for local playback?
A: While we are eager to teach others what we know about Kentico CMS, we are not eager to have our copyrighted, intellectual property illegally disseminated throughout the world. That would defeat the purpose of offering a subscription plan as well as put us out of business. And then who would you turn to for help?
